The Office of Alumni encourages alumni to be involved with their alma mater after graduation and maintains a database of alumni records for 40,000 graduates and former students of the 道成肉身的大学. Membership is automatically granted to all bachelors, 威斯康星大学硕士和博士毕业生, the UIW Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCaP) and the UIW Universe Online program. Graduates of China Incarnate Word and Centro Universitario Incarnate Word are also considered part of the UIW Alumni Association.

The UIW 传播与品牌营销办公室 (OCM) is responsible for promoting and advancing the image of the 道成肉身的大学 and St. Anthony Catholic High School through advertising, 市场营销, 公共关系, 出版物, 社交媒体和特别活动.

The OCM staff is also responsible for coordinating community events including the annual Light the Way holiday campus lighting celebration, 新闻发布会, 监督广告发布, 设计与布置.

The Annual Giving Office is responsible for conducting fund-raising campaigns and special events to support the Annual Fund for the 道成肉身的大学.

Monies raised through the Annual Fund help to make up the difference between student tuition (which covers approximately 68%) and the total cost of education at the 道成肉身的大学. The Annual Fund provides monetary support for student scholarships, 学术部门, 图书馆及电脑资源, 学术及学生服务, 以及校园事工和咨询项目. The Associates Campaign (for gifts of $1,000 or more) is a major program of the Annual Fund.

This office is responsible for cultivating donor relationships with corporations—local, national and multinational—as well as philanthropic foundations and the federal government. It continually conducts research to determine what opportunities for funding are available from sources and submits proposals and applications accordingly. 办公室不仅仅是被动的, 协助教师, staff and administrators in developing and preparing proposals, 但它也是积极主动的, initiating projects and programs and writing the proposals to seek funding for them.
